What was the highlight of Francisco Resort
Very New Accommodation
The room was spacious and very clean. Owners were very friendly despite the language barrier. It is along tge highway, but very quiet at night. They sell beer for cheap (Php 60) where most other places charge at least Php 75. When thr pool is finally finished, the place has good potential. Main reason it isnt "perfect" is because of location.
When I booked this property on booking.com, it was listed as only 400 yards away from Alona beach. I was surprised on the day of my booking that it was over a kilometer away from Alona. The pool that was listed as "open all season" was still under construction. The owners were Korean and had a hard time communicating with me, especially when I tried to explain the mishap about the wrong location that was pinned on the map. I found out that the place has only been operational for 3 months, so the location was not accurate at the time of booking. No television in room.

Big size room.
Big size room. Breakfast included. Not too far to Alona beach, about a 10 min walk.
Incorrect location on map on booking.com. Name only shows up in Chinese, so dont forget it is called Franscisco. Staff/manager struggle with English. Housekeeper lady was very nice and accommodating. Mosquitoes in room (haven't had so many in other places in Philippines). Room not cleaned daily (i.e dirty towel on floor, bins not emptied)

very nice staff, they were so friendly and helpful. The place of the hotel is charming and colorful. Thet were building a beautiful poolarea under our visit, and when its done its going to be amazing. We can highly recommend this hotel.
We liked everything. Nothing to complain about.
